Sheikh, does the active participle 'بِخَـٰرِجِينَ' in this verse (2:167) 'وَمَا هُم بِخَـٰرِجِينَ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ' mean 'And they will never emerge from the Fire of their own accord'?

Can a nominal sentence be used to describe an action or events ?

" To interpret the Arabic words - To interpret the Arabic words khulud and ta’beed in this hadith to denote long epochs of time that would come to an end, as the Arabic language permits the usage of these words to entail temporality" is this were Ibn al Qayyim gets his opinion that hell does not last forever?
