As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum, JazākAllahu Khayran for your amazing work. What does the statement in al-Fatāwá a-Hindīyyah mean: “whoever claims that Iman is created is a disbeliever.”[26]

wa alaykum assalam. The issue of the createdness of Iman is an issue that sprung from the topic of the createdness of the Qur'an. It's something one can look into separately.

Salam ʿalaykum, brother absolute amazing work. The standard Ḥanbalī position is that the caller to bidʿah is ruled a kāfir. But can the other opinion of Ibn Taymiyyah’s also be traced back to Imām Aḥmad, or is it completely outside the madhhab?
